We offer short term accommodation in one of our apartments with every comfort in the center of Rome: the Pyramid, located just one stop by metro from the most important archaeological site in the world: the ancient Rome with his Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla and the Colosseum. Here you will find a welcoming and hospitable house as your home, with reasonable prices, as opposed to some anonymous and expenses hotel rooms. HOME REGULATION:
For a stay of one week the security deposit is 100,00 euro. Over the week will be € 300,00 which will be returned back at the end of the stay.
Will be required an additional deposit for keys requested of euro 50,00 each one.
For a stay exceeding 30 days the apartment  price has to be agreed.
Stay for business reasons: we apply you a discount of 5%.
All published rates above include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, bed linen changed weekly, towels and a courtesy kit for each room, final cleaning of  the room. Phone line with free wireless internet in every room,TV satellite  free for the entire period of stay, air conditioning in all rooms.
On request is possible to have one computer workstation equipped with printer and scanner.
Children under 12 years are free, and on request in the double rooms and free of charge a small extra bed or baby cot.
Also you have free use of kitchen facilities, gas machine, microwave, washing machine, two refrigerators, iron and ironing boards, and kettles for tea and coffee.
On request we can provide a daily breakfast (coffee, croissants, cappuccino, tea) that our kindly guests can prepare alone in the own kitchen.
When booking, you will be asked to pay the 30% of the total amount.
The balance is due upon arrival by cash.

CANCELLATIONS:

For the cancellation notice is required 30 days. Cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay and which are made at a later date to 30 days from the date of arrival, leading to the loss of the entire amount of the advance.
Cancellation or departure before the agreed end of the stay  do not guarantee any refund of the amounts already paid for the lease of the house.
