Short vacations accepted / minimum 3 nights stay. Upon request, during summer time or hot periods, you can choose to have air conditioning, this is the only extra rate required. It's EUR 10,00 per day. (Discounts for long stay). Long stay discounts. Deposit at confirmation: 20% of the total amount due by Bank Transfer, Western Union payment or PayPal. We do NOT accept any other kind of payment. Security deposit asked at your arrival € 200,00. The security deposit will be refunded the day of your departure.
