The flat has been recently refurbished and consists of a large living/dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one single – the latter with the possibility to add an extra bed to suit the need for a twin or a second double) and a bathroom with shower. The flat is decorated with taste and is equipped with independent heating, washing machine, TV with DVD player, Internet WiFi, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster and hair drier.

The flat is located in Via Marco Aurelio at stone’s throw from the Coliseum. Easily reached from Rome airports and railway stations, it is very well served by local public transport. The metro stop Colosseo on the "Line B" is only 5 min walk away. The metro stop Manzoni on the "Line A" is only 10 min away. Within few steps there are bus connections to other main sightseeing attractions: Saint Peter and the Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Pantheon.
