The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 40 m², supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a double bed sofà, also comfortable for adults.
The day area has a table with 4 chairs and a TVcolor. In the kitchen you find a oven, a fridge and a freezer.
A shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine will be at your disposal in the bathroom. From the balcony you have a view over the basilica of St. Maria Ausiliatrice.
The door is closed by key security. The price includes the utilization of sheets, towels for bath and kitchen, pots and pans, dishwasher, TV and a hair dryer. On demand we provide for the transfer from/to the airports (65/110 euro).
