The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 32 m², supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a single bed. There is a terrestrial digital TV with DVD player. In the kitchen exists a oven, a microwave oven and a fridge and a freezer. A shower, a toilet and bidet will be yours in the bathroom. The air conditioning and, for those who prefer the ceiling fans, make your holiday pleasant even in the hottest summer days.

The price includes the utilization of sheets, bath towels, towels for bath and kitchen, pots and pans, and a hair dryer. The house invites you to make known the really roman life because of it`s beautiful location. As already written there are a lot of shops next to you. You have the disposial between supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, cinema, pub, drink cabinet, internetpoint, italian coffee bar, pizzeria, restaurant and public gardens. Please note, it is forbidden to bring animals with you. It is also forbidden to smoke in the complete house.

The price: from 38 to 55 euro per person/per night, depending on the season. Extra bed euro 20/25 per night. Final cleaning euro 35.
